Use the form below to request a return, report a faulty or incorrect item, or tell us you wish to cancel an order.
What to include
In the Comment box, please include:
- Your order number and the email address used at checkout.
- The product name, option and quantity you want to return.
- The date you received the order.
- The reason for your request and whether you are requesting cancellation, a refund or help with a fault.
If photos are helpful, email them to info@ventorix.co.uk with your order number. Please do not send payment-card details.
Contact us for the correct return destination before posting goods. Submitting this form does not automatically approve a refund, and does not limit your statutory rights. You can also notify us of cancellation by email.

Return postage
Ventorix covers return postage when you exercise your statutory cancellation right. Contact us through the return request form or email info@ventorix.co.uk for return-postage arrangements and the correct return destination before sending your parcel.
