Will a product reduce my energy bills?

We do not guarantee a specific saving. Results depend on your property, existing insulation, heating controls, energy tariff and installation. Start by checking that a product suits your home.

Is a radiator booster a smart thermostat?

No. A radiator booster moves air around a radiator. A room thermostat controls heating; a fan temperature sensor is not a replacement.

Which fan set should I choose?

Read the selected option carefully. Extension and expansion kits may need an existing compatible starter system. Contact us before ordering if you are unsure what is included.

How do I choose window-film dimensions?

Measure the window and allow for the fixing method in the product instructions. Check both height and width in the selected option.

Do you sell standalone smart thermostats?

When will my order arrive?

Delivery timing depends on the product and destination. Contact us before ordering if you need an item by a specific date. For an existing order, include your order number so we can check its progress.

Can items arrive separately?

Yes, products in the same order may arrive in separate parcels.

How do I ask about a return or a damaged item?

Contact us with your order number and a description of the problem. Do not send goods to a return address or registered office without confirming the correct destination. This does not limit your statutory cancellation or faulty-goods rights.
