Cancelling an online order

For most goods purchased online, you may tell us that you wish to cancel within 14 days of receiving them. You then have a further 14 days to send them back. Contact us using the details below with your order number and a clear statement that you wish to cancel.

Returning your order

Email info@ventorix.co.uk with your order number to request return instructions and the correct return destination. The registered office is a correspondence address; please contact us before sending goods there. Requesting instructions does not affect your statutory cancellation rights.

You may inspect goods as you would in a shop. We may deduct for handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning, where the law allows.

Refunds

For a valid cancellation we refund the goods and standard outbound delivery charge, where applicable. Enhanced delivery costs above standard delivery are not refundable. Refunds use the original payment method unless agreed otherwise and are made within the applicable statutory deadline; for returned goods this is generally within 14 days of receiving the goods back or evidence they were sent back, whichever is earlier.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods

Your statutory rights are separate from change-of-mind returns. Contact us if goods are faulty, damaged, not as described or incorrect so we can arrange the appropriate remedy. Your statutory rights against Ventorix always apply.

Additional returns

We do not offer an additional voluntary change-of-mind returns period beyond your statutory cancellation rights. Your rights for faulty, damaged or misdescribed goods are unaffected.

Return postage

Ventorix covers return postage when you exercise your statutory cancellation right. Contact us through the return request form or email info@ventorix.co.uk for return-postage arrangements and the correct return destination before sending your parcel.
